21 & FUN

My 21st birthday has finally come! I can’t tell you how long of a year my 20th was.. lol. Especially considering that my boyfriend and the rest of our friends turned 21 when I was only 19. My family always makes it a point to go out for a nice dinner on each one of our birthdays and this one wasn’t any different. For my birthday, I chose to go to Cafe Ba-ba-reeba’s down in the city. I’ve heard lots of good things about it and I figured a tapas place would be great for a big group of people. Surprisingly, the idea of tapas was a hard one for my parent to grasp and took multiple times to explain lol. After dinner, Uriel and I picked up two of our friends and headed over to El Hefe where we had friends coming in and meeting up with us for the remainder of the night. It was so much fun and I’m so blessed to have some of my closest friends celebrate my 21st birthday with me. Luckily, I brought ya’ll with me in my vlog! Monday through Wednesday, at 4:30PM until 5:30PM is happy hour at one of my favourite nearby sushi places, Sushi Thai. All rolls of sushi except for 2 (the Stanley Cup roll and the Chicago Bears roll, I believe) are half off, which is a damn good deal. This past Tuesday, I brought along Uriel and Uriel’s little sister, Isabel.

I went to America’s Beauty Show earlier today at McCormick Place in Chicago for a lil inspiration and a lil of shopping and ran into just the co-founder of Paul Mitchell ( AND Patrón tequila) yall, no big deal. *SCREAMING INTERNALLY* Paul Mitchell is such an amazing company and JP is such an inspiration to me!

VLOG | Ed Sheeran – May 10

Hey everyone! The other day I uploaded my very first vlog. Yep. I had the privilege of seeing the incredible Ed Sheeran at the Rave in Milwaukee on May 10. I have been a huge fan of his music for quite some time now and was thrilled to get the chance to finally see him live, especially since I missed out back in September. My sister and I ended up in back, so we weren’t very close, but we still got a good view of him (Most of the time… we’re very small people!) He is absolutely PHENOMENAL live and this experience will go down as one of the best days of my life. Please don’t forget to subscribe to my channel if you haven’t yet, thumbs up, and share this video!
